It's been years since we've been to this village let alone this coffee chain. We really loved it here. Absolutely great coffee and lovely sweet treats. Second time we visited it was really busy (popular) but staff were really on top of it and serving customers efficiently and swiftly. Really recommended.
Simply the best coffee shop in Thornbury, end of. The Coffee#1 chain has the ability to generate a lovely friendly atmosphere with its combination of mismatched furniture and friendly style, this place is no exception. I often come in here with my son or partner, the drinks are comparable in price to other mainstream coffee chains. The food is delicious, especially after a workout in the gym when you want to replenish lost calories! As someone that can’t eat dairy myself, they have a delicious vegan wrap but also the sausage and bacon rolls are very nice. A good selection of sweet treats for people with a variety of dietary needs including vegans and vegetarians are also available. If you come here on a regular basis it is worth downloading the loyalty app as with other High Street coffee shops you will earn points for every purchase and the ability to get a free drink after a number of visits. The access to the coffee shop is step free from the pavement and there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor to the rear of the shop, toilets and handwashing facilities are also to the rear and are generally in good condition.
Lovely little cafe with nice coffee, plenty of seating and delicious cakes/pastries. I had a vegan pecan pie slice - was happy to see plenty of vegan options available.
